 01.  What is private gifting?  Back To Top
Private gifting is a concept embraced by private groups of individuals and has been in existence for many years. Our private activity does not involve network marketing, multi-level marketing, or a business or commercial activity. There are no business transactions, investments and/or securities involved in this activity. There is no business or company name or location and there are no directors, officers, shareholders or principals. Individuals simply support each other in a team concept and help change lives.

The concept of private gifting is based upon the fact that both American and Canadian citizens have the Constitutional right to gift property, cash and other assets, and are subject to the rules and regulations established by the laws. The U.S. gifting rules are found in the IRS Tax Code, Title 26, Sections 2501-2504 and 2511.

The law states that one or more individuals can give a gift to another individual of up to $11,000 each per calendar year without any tax liability to either the giver or receiver of the gift, because the tax on the gift has already been paid. These gifts are not included in the gross income of the recipient.

 02.  How did this concept begin?  Back To Top
Giving private gifts to one another is an expression of kindness, which has been going on for centuries. Governments have allowed its practice for individuals to share their wealth with families, friends and others. It has been a means of helping and blessing others on special occasions or when the need arises.

Many cultures gift as a matter of course. Asian, Jewish and South American communities gift individuals within their culture on a regular basis so that they may start a business or buy a home. They in turn gift someone else to help enhance their lives. Habitat for Humanity is a great example of private gifting. Everyone participates with their time, their talents and materials to build a home for someone else. Some participate with a hammer, some with nails, some with food and others with the monetary gifts to purchase the supplies, but all create a team that works together to bless someone's life.

 03.  How does the gifting activity work?  Back To Top
Individuals share using a basic concept that "All things must be done in order" - the Universal Law of Sowing and Reaping - "when you give, you shall receive." This follows God's Law of Reciprocity. "Give and it shall be given unto you." This activity is offered only by means of an exclusive one-to-one invitation. When someone accepts the invitation, they move through a natural progression from the giving to the receiving stage of the activity. In this activity, there is no fixed hierarchy of individuals who have an advantageous position or unfair advantage over new participants.

 04.  Who can participate?  Back To Top
As stated above, this is a private sharing group, and is offered only through an exclusive one-on-one invitation to individuals over 18 years of age. You are invited to learn more about our activity and become part of something extraordinary.

 05.  Is this a company?  Back To Top
There is no company - we are a team of individuals, and we give to one another and other teammates. We are not a business or an investment. No company can withhold or misplace our gift. We are totally in charge of our own gifts and gift directly one to another and work for the betterment of the team.

 06.  How can you give to a stranger?  Back To Top
How many times have you given to United Way, the Salvation Army and other charities? You don't know who got the gift, what stranger. The only difference here is that this person will start out as a stranger, but you will get to know them as part of the team, work with them and perhaps develop new friendships. We all have met some of the most wonderful people and have made a lot of new friends across the country and the world. These people are giving, they like team dynamics - they are people we want to meet and befriend.

 07.  Is this a pyramid?  Back To Top
No, this is not a pyramid scheme. A pyramid is associated with a company or a business. We are not a company, just a private sharing club. We have no sales quotas, we do not sell positions and we do not have an ever-widening base to the structure, which just keeps going and going. A pyramid never allows anyone coming in on the bottom to ever reach the top. Everyone gives the same gifts, works together in team dynamics and receives the same gift. In a pyramid, only those at the top profit while those at the bottom never reach the top. In a pyramid, people can and have lost their money.

A pyramid is also not to be confused with "Network Marketing". Although Network Marketing is a legal and viable source of income, when was the last time you, or anyone you know, was able to start at the bottom of the company and reach the top position in the company? NEVER! We are neither a networking company nor a pyramid scheme.

 08.  Why would I want to participate?  Back To Top
Gifting has changed countless lives for the better. People who were about to lose their cars and homes have been saved from financial ruin, college education's have been made possible, and nearly forgotten dreams have come true, all from participation in gifting. Gifting is the fastest way to generate cash.

 09.  Do I have to share this with family and friends?  Back To Top
No. Our club here at Number One Success System directs you to the resources of like-minded individuals that want to change their lives with this activity.

 10.  Can I do this part-time?  Back To Top
Yes. Many people easily work this activity around their existing schedule. It's a matter of setting priorities and fitting this into your current lifestyle.

 11.  Do I have to be a salesperson to do this program?  Back To Top
No. There is no selling, no solicitation, no pressure and no coercion. It is simply a matter of sharing what is in your heart, of sharing your own reasons for becoming a participant, and your own experiences. We hold live Workshops to answer questions for your Invitees, therefore you don't have to do any explaining.

 12.  Is it legal?  Back To Top
Yes. Churches, civic groups and people from around the world have participated in organized gifting for over 300 years. Laws state that it is legal for individuals to exchange gifts. In the United States we have the Preamble, the Constitution and the Bill of Rights to protect a private citizen's rights to earn, pay taxes and give away property and cash as long as it is done according to the laws and codes of this country.

 13.  Can I join at any level to begin?  Back To Top
You can join at either level or a combination of them all. Example: $2000 + $1000 + $500 for a total of $3,500. Or: $1000 + $500 for a total of $1,500.

 14.  Is this structure considered a board or a matrix?  Back To Top
No.  Number One Success System uses a simple 1-Up structure. This structure allows its participants to get into the receiving position very quickly. It out performs ALL matrixes and boards and is a mathematically superior structure.

HOW DOES IT WORK

Q. I can't seem to find an explanation of the two terms, confirmed and qualified. Can you explain?

A. When your gift is received, you are then "Confirmed" by the person who receives the gift.
When you successfully invite your first person (your qualifier) then you are "Qualified".

You must "Qualify" in all 3 levels.

Q. What am I qualified for?

A. Being "Qualified" means that you have given your gift and you have successfully invited your first person and given them up to your Inviter... hence the 1-UP. Being Qualified means that you can now receive gifts on the level that you are qualified.

Q. If Person A comes in at only the first level ($500) and invites Person B in, and B comes in at all 3 levels, I know that B's gifts would all go to the person that invited A into the club. However, if A again invites another person, C and C comes in at all 3 levels - where would the gifts of $1,000 and $2,000 go to since A has not qualified for those 2 levels?

A. Take a guess! In your example, A has still not Qualified yet above the $500 level. So, when C comes in at all 3 levels, A will then be qualified at the $500 level but, the $1000 and $2000 portions of C's gifts will go UP to the first qualified person, most likely the person who invited A.

Remember, you can only receive a gift when you are qualified to receive gifts on THAT level. Can you see how important it is to get qualified at all 3 levels as soon as possible?

Q. When a new member successfully invites his first person, say at the $500 level, as a qualifier, (who goes to his inviter), can the new member immediately build his own future receiving lines and start receive gifts?

A. Yes. When a new member is qualified at the $500 level, he may then immediately build his own future receiving lines and start to receive gifts for the $500 level (in this example).

Q. Then, what does it mean, "you must qualify in all 3 levels"? I thought bringing in one person who goes to your inviter is your qualifying commitment, is that true?

A.

"You must qualify in all 3 levels" means exactly that.

Each member must qualify on each level, $500, $1000 and $2000. To Qualify you must give 1-UP to your inviter at each of the levels. This Qualifier may be the same person for all 3 levels, it may be 2 different people or it could be 3 different people, though it is usually the same person for all 3 levels. See the Scenarios below.

Scenario 1. You join at the $500 Level and your Inviter has confirmed receiving your gift.

In short order you successfully invite 4 people (in the following sequence).

  • 2 at the $500 Level
  • 1 at $3500 ($500, $1000, $2000 Levels)
  • 1 at $1500 ($500, $1000 Levels)

What happens?

> The first $500 person is your Qualifier. You are now qualified to receive $500 gifts forever.

> The second $500 person sends his pledge of $500 to YOU.

> The $3500 person sends $500 to YOU and $3000 ($1000 + $2000) to your INVITER ($3000 rolled up to your inviter because you joined at $500 and are only qualified to receive $500 gifts.)

> The $1500 person sends $500 to YOU and $1000 to your INVITER ($1000 rolled up to your inviter because you joined at $500 and are only qualified to receive $500 gifts.)

Q. In the above Scenario, does the $3000 that rolled up to my inviter count as my qualifier at the $1000 and $2000 levels.

A. No. Because you are not Confirmed at those two levels. In other words, you have not yet given your gifts of $1000 and $2000 to your original inviter.

Scenario 2.

You join at both the $500 and $1000 Levels ($1500) and your Inviter has Confirmed receiving your gifts.

In short order you successfully invite 4 people (in the following sequence).

  • 2 at the $500 Level
  • 1 at $3500 ($500, $1000, $2000 Levels)
  • 1 at $1500 ($500, $1000 Levels)

What happens?

> The first $500 person is your $500 Qualifier. You are now qualified to receive $500 gifts forever.

> The second $500 person sends his pledge of $500 to YOU.

> The $3500 person sends $500 to YOU and $3000 ($1000 + $2000) to your INVITER.

> The $1000 serves as your qualifier at the $1000 Level! You are now qualified to receive $500 and $1000 gifts forever.

> $2000 rolled up to your Inviter because you joined at $1500 and are only qualified to receive $500 and $1000 gifts.

> The $1500 person sends $500 + $1000 to YOU because you are now qualified to receive $500 and $1000 gifts forever.

Q. Can I assume that the $2000 that rolled up to my Inviter does not count as my qualifier at the $2000 level?

A. Right. Like Scenario 1, you are not yet Confirmed at the $2000 level. In other words, you have not yet given a gift at the $2000 Level (remember you "joined" and gifted and are Confirmed at the $500 + $1000 levels).

Scenario 3.

You join at all three Levels, $500, $1000 and $2000 ($3500) and your Inviter has Confirmed receiving your gifts. You are never exposed to "rollup" because, in this example, you are confirmed and may begin inviting qualifiers at all three levels.

> The $1000 serves as your qualifier at the $1000 Level and the $2000 serves as your qualifier at the $2000 Level! You are now qualified to receive $1000 and $2000 gifts forever!

> Since you are now confirmed and qualified at all three levels no gifts can ever rollup past you.

> The $1500 person sends $500 + $1000 to YOU because you are now qualified to receive gifts at all three levels!

Q. Scenario Summary - To fully enjoy all the system has to offer I have to accomplish two things at each level. Give my inviter the gift amount and and give up the very first person at that level to my inviter. And I can upgrade along the way, right?

A. You've got it! The scenarios above show how important it can be to get Confirmed and Qualified at each level as fast as possible so all of your invitees will come directly to you - avoiding roll-up. ...and yes, you can start at the combination of levels that suit you.

Q. What if your first qualifier was at the $500 level. Your next qualifier was at the $1,000. Then shortly thereafter, your qualifier at $500 upgrades to $3,500. How does the money and qualification work out?

A. Great question! In your example, let us call this person Tom. Tom was your qualifier at the $500 level. When Tom enrolls in the $2k level, he is YOUR qualifier and goes up. When Tom enrolls in the $1k level, the software sees that you are already qualified and $1000 goes to you. In this situation, Tom now becomes a receiving line for you.
